The Last Experiment | A Ravenloft Horror Adventure | Level 7

Lamordia is a frozen Domain of Dread where science has taken the place of faith. Its people struggle to survive the deadly cold while strange creatures made from dead bodies roam the land. Behind many of these horrors is Dr. Viktra Mordenheim, a scientist who will sacrifice anyone to continue her experiments.

After a dangerous journey across the frozen Sea of Secrets, your party has arrived at Castle Mordenheim. Inside its walls are Viktra’s laboratories, her failed experiments, and the doctor herself.
You, and your companions, must enter the castle, fight their way through the creatures within, and put an end to Viktra’s work. You may also have a chance to escape Lamordia. Elise von Brandthofen, the monster created by Viktra, has told you that a way out may be hidden somewhere inside the castle. If Elise was telling the truth, this could be your only chance to stop Viktra and finally escape this Domain of Dread.

Character Creation/Selection

This one-shot adventure uses content from the recently released Ravenloft: The Horrors Within supplement. Which also includes 7 new sub-classes. We will use Discord and D&D Beyond to plan the session and create/choose characters. The following pre-generated characters are available.

D&D 2024 updates are in effect as per the backwards compatibility guidelines. (No 3rd party or homebrew content or D&D Beyond Drops).
